«There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. «Convenient location next to a good restaurant and across from the lake, although the lake is not accessible there. DVDs are available, free to use, in the lobby but we didn't have a player in our room. Not visible in the photos is the RV park that this Inn sits in, but they were mostly quiet. Our room was switched from the one I had reserved online, less attractive, no explanation. Not a lot of options in the area so it served as a decent place to sleep for the night.»
