«This home satisfied the bare minimum requirements for a vacation rental. It was warm, the master bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the oven worked. It was, however, dirty and shabby. We hand-washed every dish in the house due to finding multiple bowls, cups, and forks that were filthy with dried food. The kitchen drawers were full of food particles and detritus.
