«The room was dirty, nit dusted the shower was filthy, I spilled water on the bathroom floor, and I used a washcloth to dry it. The washcloth was black. The furniture was old and broken. A door was taped shut, and then just dust. You could tell the room had not been dusted, but the worst part was the bathroom and shower floor.»

«One strange thing . . . People who are not using the hot tub seem to hang around the hot tub all the time. No one used the hot tub the entire time I was there, this is probably why. I certainly didn't feel comfortable using it, it's a very small area with only a few chairs. Staff, rooms, restaurant and ambiance was first rate! Absolutely lovely!»
