«I have stayed at many VRBO properties and I believe this was absolutely one of the best. It was clean, well decorated and a very quiet neighborhood. There were many amenities that you don’t usually find in a rental property. The owner has gone to great lengths to make it a welcoming oasis. If I ever need to stay in that area again, I will definitely book this property again.»

«The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. »

«The Cottage at Leipers Fork is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The layout was perfect for my husband and me; it felt spacious, and the kitchen is large (for such a small house), and very inviting. We didn't do any real cooking, but we could have, as the kitchen is well stocked, the stove is brand new, and the fridge, also new, is large.
