The spacious master suite is up a long flight of stairs. It features a king-sized bed, a walk - in shower. Lots of power and usb outlets, a stunning view of the Potomac River. «House looks great from the outside. Very quiet, rural neighborhood. Inside the house looks good at first. But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the ...

«This house was great and allowed our family to have a great vacation. The property is well taken care of and beautifully situated among trees. There are activities for all ages, including multiple fire pits and grills, a hot tub indoor and outdoor TVs, and a well maintained lawn. This is the best stocked house we have stayed in everywhere. «I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. «Home and amenities exactly as pictured. It was a welcome location which was nearby to what we wanted to do (close to C'ville, UVA, and wineries). The host kindly provided recommended local spots to eat and drink which were nice - definitely check out Patch Brewing if coming thru town. Very friendly for our dog as well :)»
