We invite you to completely relax in this secluded, new and spacious villa on the island of Brač. Designed with elegant simplicity in mind, Villa Serenity is true to its name. Three comfortable bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen connected to an open-plan dining room with a fireplace occupy the villa, while the real splendor lies beyond its walls... outside you will find yourself immersed in nature, silence and breathtaking views. With complete privacy and a privileged location, you will fall asleep to the song of the sea and crickets and the clean sea air that the area so generously rewards. For your enjoyment, there is a charcoal barbecue with an outdoor dining area, plus an outdoor seating area, a huge terrace surrounding a heated swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a playground for the little ones. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Welcome to Serenity. Six adult guests can be comfortably accommodated in three double rooms. If Brač had a capital, it would be Supetar, its cultural center with a picturesque harbor and medieval streets. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and pine forests, the town invites you to relax, while also abounding in cafes, restaurants and picturesque streets that allow for easy walking without excessive crowds. This makes it an excellent base for exploring the island. For transparency: please pay a security deposit of 300 euros, payable directly to the host upon arrival and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome for a fee of 50 euros per week. Please no groups under 25 years old.
