Great view and receptionists
Beautiful room with an amazing view. The receptionists (Miss Karla and one other gentleman who loves icecream) was also very kind and gave a lot of good recommendations. The receptionists was class and deserves a raise.

Our stay at Royal Suites Sky was excellent and we recommend it. The hotel is located just outside the Diocletian Palace and a short walk from the ferry terminal. There are good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket right across the street. The shower was the best on our trip (which included some very nice five star accommodations)! The staff was excellent, Antonio, who welcomed us to the hotel, even had a map ready for us with recommendations highlighted! In addition, he went through a series of places (museums, attractions, restaurants, etc.) that he suggested we visit. His enthusiasm for his work and for his native city were a breath of fresh air and contagious!!

Room was in a nice location and the staff was great. They carried our bags all the way from registration across the street to the other building and gave us tons of helpful recommendations. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

1. It was a bit confusing trying to find the check-in reception because its a a separate building 1/2 block away, but once figured out everything went smoothly. 2. Reception employee walked me over to the very modern skyscraper hotel and showed me how to get into the building, use the elevator and access my room. 3. Room was very modern, marble walls floor in the bathroom. Carpet in living/bedroom, fridge, eating utensils, glasses for wine & water, TV services excellent, windows open easily to let fresh air in. Very clean, tidy, hygienic. Good lighting.

Great location great views, great service
We had the city view, on the 12floor. The room was lovely and very clean. The location is about 5 mins walk from the edge of the green market. Close enough to go back to should the weather change and you need to drop off a coat etc. Great customer service from Tony in the front desk but also from 3 other people who were around when Tony wasn't.

Best to call ahead as everything is done by mail or WhatsApp. As our plane was arriving late fortunately I called. The team are very helpful so no problem! Would definitely return, the room is perfect!

Amazing view, well prepared and stocked room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. The only thing worth noting is that the hotel seems to be a consolidated group of rental units in at least two buildings, and only on certain floors - it’s not like a typical hotel and reception was in a different building and down the block.

Search no more, this is the place!
We had the best welcome ever at Royal Suites Sky! First we were picked up by a golf cart at the Ferry, which was nice as we had pretty heavy luggage. The young man who checked us in gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars,… but also to do the VR (we would never have thought about this, but it was great to do). Than the room was so nice and what a view from the 12th floor! It was nice for a change to have again a modern room, as the other places we stayed were typical Dalmatian houses (also nice though). The room was spacious, good bed and excellent shower (really liked the bathroom tiles). I would not hesitate for a moment and go back if I visit in Split again.

The staff are awesome, helpful and friendly, check in was easy. The room was amazing the view was just stunning. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling to split.

The best part of this "hotel" is the service. They are incredible. The receptionist actually went out of the hotel to find me lost on the streets of Split, and then bring me to the parking spot. If you haven't been to Split before, then try to avoid parking and driving there. It is not for the weak hearted.

An amazing stay
My partner and I had an amazing stay at Royal Suites hotel in Split. We stayed at their sky room at the 12th floor and the view was absolutely immense. The room is precisely as the photos, really great! Besides that I don’t think I ever had such a warm welcome as Antonio gave us, taking us through everything to do in Split and recommending many sights, bars, restaurants etc. It was amazing service! I will highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The hotel also has a great location and by foot you can reach many sights and restaurants in only five minutes.

방에서 보는 뷰가 아주 좋아요. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 간이부엌이랑 쇼파도 있습니다. 화장실 창문에 커튼이 없어 조금 민망하긴 하지만 어차피 뚫려있는 곳이 바다라 저는 괜찮았어요. 조식도 직접 만들어주고 친절하게 응대해줬습니다. 다시 스플리트에 간다면 재방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Service & View = exemplary
Amazing service, and incredible views. The location is also superb as it's less than 5mins to walk to the main area, but it's quiet and safe. Those three things are what makes this hotel so special. The room is very stylish, and there's a coffee machine and toiletries, although I didn't find the beds very comfortable (hard with rigid pillows). It's in an odd tower block, but once you're inside the room, you feel like you're in a luxury space ship or something. A few noisy fog horns from the cruise ships to disturb your sleep, but that's unavoidable. The service and people really did make it special though - nothing was too much trouble, recommendations were excellent and we really felt like we were the only occupants in the hotel (even though they were full up) because of how attentive, caring and flexible they were. Thank you for everything!

최고의 숙소
호텔 외관은 스플리트에서 나름 고층건물입니다 엘리베이터가 있었고 체크인 해주시는 분이 아주 친절 했어요~ 공사중인 객실이 많아서 어수선 하긴 했지만 크게 시끄럽지도 않았고요 고층이라 확실히 뷰가 좋았습니다 대부분 마트,관광지까지 걸어서 전부 이동 가능 하구요!! 간단한 조리기구 식기가 있었는데 이건 방 마다 다를거 같아요, 욕실에 헤어 드라이기는 없었습니다 재 방문 의사 있습니다
