«I came to Grand Forks to see my son who is studying at UND. The hotel is, like everything else in town - far from everything. The room was big and practical and was well equipped. Breakfast was very basic, but ok. I was disappointed that there was no bar or place one could get a drink. I had a good stay, but next time will look for a hotel situated in downton and has slightly better facilities. Staff ver brilliant and helpful.»

«Cleaning was less than adequate. Food bag and fries were under our pull out couch. Pool area wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there. Our stay was still nice just wished it was cleaner»

«In all fairness, they are renovating now, which I didn't know when booking. Our room was renovated and quite nice. The room was spacious, nice bright bathroom with only a shower, no tub, which was fine for me. The shower head is positioned why too high so you can't really adjust it, unless you are tall. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and pillow were great. It was quiet as there were only maybe a handful of guests....if that. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, white ...

«I like this hotel because, we had a poolside room. The pool area is not cold, it’s comfortable. The pool area does not smell like chlorine!! The hot tub and pool are right next to each other. Hot tub water floats over the wall into the pool so the pool is not freezing cold! It’s a great set up! Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Not the newest place, but for the money. It’s great. Will stay again. Precious (Mgr name) was super friendly!!»
