«It was everything we needed. It was small enough for two people and it had everything you could need. The community feels safe, quiet, calm, and welcoming. The location is perfect, close enough to anything you could do in Austin. The experience was very cute and comfortable and the hosts were very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again!!!»

Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at Shadowland. Beautiful property that is well taken care of. The vintage 1956 airstream is super cool, even thought its been updated its a glimpse back in time, to a time when things were built with quality and built to last. The hot tub was awesome, very peaceful property, easy to relax. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.»

«Positives -Very comfortable bed -$8 Lyft ride to 6th St or South Congress -Very quiet neighborhood -Owner was very responsive and helpful -Kitchen has everything you need -Easy access with keypad Negatives -Parking spot is a little tight and on a pretty steep hill -Speed bumps throughout the neighborhood were annoying -No dresser in the bedroom so everything had to stay in suitcases -Shower door doesn't shut completely -Very small but perfect for two people»

«The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!»

«Great property location and the property was very clean. It would be nice if there was more than one kitchen towel available, if there was a toaster, and a new coffee pot. The one available just boiled away the coffee it made with lots of sounds. Other than these 3 minor pieces it was a great VRBO and we plan on staying there again! Thank you!»

«House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great.»

«Cute cabin, newly updated throughout, small yet has everything you need for a weekend or a week. Very quiet area off of the beaten path. Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice.»

«We loved everything about our stay. Close to everything including the river trail, shops, grocery, dining. Cool pool, a bit small though. Good gym and easy checkin process with a cool little coffee shop to boot. Very nice, highly recommended. »
