«The apartment was lovely, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Although compact, there was everything we could possibly need for our four night stay. Close to amenities & a nice walk to the beach & pier at Boscombe.»

«There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. «Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better ...

«We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days.»

«Great apartment, well equipped and decorated to an excellent standard- central location near to lots of shops cafes bars etc But - access to apartment not great - nearby properties run down etc Description doesn’t quite make clear that when the single room is set up for 2 adults, one single bed is very small and not really suitable for an adult and room is very very small - but we managed - rest of space was great 😊»

Large comfortable rooms, loads of toys for children and fully stocked kitchen. We were in Flat 2 and was confused as to which driveway we should be in but met another resident who told us where to go and how to get in. «Stayed with family & friends 4 nights and can’t fault the apartment, part of a purposefully refurbished block for short stays. About 25 mins walk to the pier, cheap overnight parking round the corner and local shops combined with a fair price made an excellent base for our stay.»

«The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips. The only negative would be the hot water for showering.
