«Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table ...

«Pro#1-Nadja is the owner/host you want! Communication top tier! Pro#2-The unit is soo unique and welcoming as you walk through the bank door. Pro#3-This location is safe (police station right around the corner). Unit is only a few mins off the highway and downtown is about 30 mins away. Pro#4-Unit is spotless and has every thing you need for 24hrs to long term. Shower water presser is even great!-Pro#5-Dollar general Family dollar are both close if you forgot anything Walmart is maybe 15 mins ...

«Home owner was great about communication! The house was spacious and clean and offered a beautiful view of Norris Lake. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the game room! It was the perfect place for a holiday family retreat!!»

«I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.»

«Honestly the house was really nice and the dock was really nice as well as the location. The big problem we had was the misrepresentation on how close the doc was to the house. It was a massive and hugely steep incline on gravel pathway with a little bit of concrete Paving. It was very far from the house this is the fourth house we've rented on Norris and we know almost all the houses have a steep walkway to the boat ramp but this was very long very far the most we've ever had and that was not ...

«We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. Our large family was in town for the LMU-DCOM White Coat Ceremony, and having a place where we could all be together made the weekend even more special. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and perfect for gathering, cooking, and spending time together. The host was kind and easy to communicate with.
