«This is the second time we have stayed on this property and it is a go to. It's clean, quiet (don't let the police department across the street sway you away), the pool is wonderful, and staff are great. It's perfect distance to take your coffee and walk in the Riverwalk and see the Jasper Mill. It also is a very simple walk to the Jasper Square!»

«Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience.»

«They don’t have humidity control in this hotel. It’s so wet in the rooms that moisture condenses on the floor and surfaces. It’s so sticky and nasty that I spilled salt on the table and wet spots formed around the grains as it drew moisture from the air. If I don’t end up with legionnaires disease I will be lucky.»
