«The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.»

«As we planned to go to Holiday World for Father’s Day weekend, we chose the Comfort Inn Ferdinand location because it was a bit closer to the parks than hotels in Jasper, as well as a slightly better price tag, although I still can’t believe we spent $450 for 2 nights at this hotel. «I booked here as a nostalgic Father's Day trip, but it didn't seem as if our room had been used in years. One sink wouldn't drain and had a spider in it that I quickly killed, but after finding a brown recluse in the bed, we were quickly transferred to a new room that had been checked beforehand. «We at the last minute Booked this Hotel and when you walked in it Smells Wonderful! The Room was very clean, yes normal wear and tear but the bed sheets was clean and the beds was very comfortable! «We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. «The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. «The room was clean to my standards. The lobby was also pretty clean. We always stay in jasper for 5 days on our summer vacation. i had my 4 kids with us and 2 other guests. One of the guests was allergic to eggs, dairy and nuts so the staff went out of their way to make him a breakfast he could eat, which was helpful. We will keep choosing to stay here.»
