«The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this. »

«This place is super cute and perfect location. Beach across the street and walking distance to John's pass and local restaurants and stores. I will definitely recommend this place and would stay again. The only thing is that beach chairs needs an upgrade, also when I went looking for the chairs that are below the bed it was REALLY dirty down there. Also the safe box was closed and I was not able to use. Just minors upgrades that I would do on the room but that's just me. Overall place is very ...
