«One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. »

«The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. «The hotel was fairly nice, but bring your heavy winter coat because your room will be freezing cold when you get there! Your breakfast, while tasty will be stone cold by the time you get to your table. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the hallways, like the smell of sewer gas. «I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). «This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.»

«Rooms smell very old and smoky I. What was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also the bed was falling apart and the tub and shower was old and needed to be updated.»

«The room was dirty, smelly, small, the water lukewarm, the aircon made a noise all night I thought it would quit, the sink faucet seemed it would fall off, the few towels were small and thin, the breakfast was sparse. The door to the bathroom did not close leaving a 2” gap because the bottom was warped and coming apart. There was also a dent where it seems someone punched it. «A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel.
