Alia may be THE best VRBO host we have ever had (3-4 rentals /year) - everything you could possibly need with prompt and helpful responses. Priviledge takes great care of you and her warm smile brightens every day. I highly recommend this location and absolutely wonderful accommodations.»

«Wir waren zu sechst da und haben das Haus genossen. Mit 3 Doppelzimmern war genug Platz da, um sich zurück zu ziehen. Wir sind eher die Stubenhocker, weil wir durch Afrika touren, genießen wir es an dem Ort zu bleiben, wenn wir etwas mieten. Dafür war es super geeignet. Ein großer Stellplatz für unseren Truck, noch eine große Garage für die Fahrräder. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. «Wonderful host made our trip a bit better! The sunsets are wonderful from the waterfront deck. The home is situated in the bluff with only step access, great for your daily exercise. All amenities met our expectation. Beautiful home, comfortable stay. Central location if your traveling to Cape Town. Easy Uber to airport or any attractions.»

Big garden with wonderful bird life and songs. Private pool and sauna. No load shedding problems as house has battery back-up. Two excellent pubs and a number of good restaurants a short distance away. Food fairs at Noordhoek Village on Wednesday evening and at Cape Point Vineyard on Thursdays not to be missed! «We could see the penguins at Boulders Beach from the verandah from where we were lucky to watch whales blowing and breaching. The wifi had a battery so even worked during load shedding. Great TV when there was power. »

«The property Is in an excellent position and has a lot to offer BUT it needs a lot of TLC The patio door is unsafe as it frequently comes off its runners when opened which could prove a major problem .Also the upstairs bedroom windows were very difficult to open causing the bedroom to be like an oven at night time. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable holiday.»

«Listing stated that the home is 8557 square feet. That is not true, Listing also stated that the home has 3 baths. That also is not true. The method of drying clothes is by using a clothes line behind the home which also gets sprayed by the lawn sprinklers multiple times a day. Home does not have Air Conditioning and was too hot to sleep with windows closed. Home also has a pool which attracts insects which left us and our friends covered in bug bites each morning.»

Owner very nice and affable.initial communications not clear though and hard to get hold of or gainnfull understanding of property which is made up several units with shared areas. Some units far more private than others. Parking tight but ok . Area beautuful and perfect location. House needs some attentiin w new towels etc but all ok and functional. Id stay again but in different unit.»
