«The staff was very friendly and professional. The check in and check out process was mostly smooth. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool was nice. I did however find a cockroach in my room and the soap was not full. I would have felt better if the room was more clean, although I was happy my towels were kept stocked and fresh, I would also suggest to maybe keep some coffees or energy drinks in stock at the little store in the lobby.»

«We were there 2 nights. We immediately noticed our room was dank, beyond moisture and smelled. The front desk immediately changed our room. This is why I rated staff higher. The second room was the same, as well, I assume most of the hotel was humid since they had dehumidifiers in the hallway. Even wet floor signs had to be put out on the tile. The conditions in that room was a breeding ground for bacteria and the sheets felt like we were sleeping in slime. The smell from the wet carpet was ...

«Speak about the staff they were so helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean. Parking was just sufficient and more than enough and the breakfast was great. Location was perfect for everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Fayetteville North Carolina area. Congrats to this hotel. I would love to give it a 10 stars to 100 stars. Thank you so much.»
