«We had a great stay at Joel's place for a long weekend in Saint Louis. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe. The condo is one of 4 in the building, but we never even heard the neighbors. It's a short drive to numerous restaurant and grocery store options and just 15 minutes to cross over into St. Louis. We enjoyed the beautiful pool on property while we were there. «We were in Carbondale for my son’s SIU graduation. Since he attended one of the satellite campuses, this was our first visit to the university. This property could not have been more perfect. It was updated, comfortable, clean. The campus was a quick drive, and we were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc… since we had an early start on graduation day, it was a boon to have the fully equipped kitchen to make our breakfast before we were off for the day. «Very please and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend the place. I will make a suggestion for the cleaner. My wife has a skin sensitivity and we have come accustom to using only soaps that have no smell. The bed linens and bath towels were washed with a scented detergent and for us was a bit too much. Other than that a great experience. Thank you for making a great place to get away.»
