«Property was generally in good shape. Some wear and tear in some places, but nothing unusual. Great location and prompt communication from the host.»

«The host was good with communication and helped get us switched to a second unit when the air went out at the original booking. Upon arrival the unit was not clean. Sheets were dirty with several stains on them. The kitchen table runner had stains and food debris on it. Several kitchen items still had food debris ok them. The grill on the porch had so much grease on it I was afraid to use it due to it being a fire hazard. We were able to use the washing machine to clean some sheets and it made ...

«Overall great stay, nice home, nice fenced yard for dog to run around, host was especially nice and responsive. Will would stay again when visiting the Bham area.»

«It was overall a good stay. This was the original house we were booked to stay in. The heater broke prior to our stay, so the owner was willing to swap us to a different property. The owner was very prompt to answer any questions I had. The only downfall of the whole trip was that one of my family members had to sleep on the couch bed. It was not very comfortable. Overall a good trip! »

«I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this place! 😁 We were looking specifically for a house rather than an apartment since we have three little ones, all 4 and under, with our youngest being just shy of one month old. We came along with my husband on his work trip, so having a private place all to ourselves was a must. I have to mention how incredibly CLEAN everything was! The floors are always one of my biggest concerns because we don’t wear shoes in the house, and I was ...

«Our host was excellent in communicating with us. The property was great! We will book with her again when we are in the area.»

«We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Judith and her husband made us feel welcomed with their genuine kindness and hospitality. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a great place for our family. What stood out most wasn’t just the home, but the hosts themselves. When it was time to leave, they went above and beyond by helping us load our belongings into our Uber, and Ms. Judith even held my daughter so we could get everything organized. Those thoughtful ...

«We had the best stay at this cute spot. It was well equipped and clean. The communication with the host was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again!»

«Very clean and comfortable. Host very responsive. The little back patio was nice as well.»

«Very nice house it does have a damp smell, but after one good home-cooked meal inside the smell was gone. Great space for the kids to sleep comfortable very nice. Neighbourhood, and the street parking was very convenient by we having a spot in front of the house. very nice neighbors overall great host. I will recommend booking this again. Next time I visit and for any anyone else I know great price.»

«Not a good location for single traveler or children. The property is old and what few ‘upgrades’ have been done were obviously DYI projects. The property does not look like the pictures online. There are water leaks, the king bedroom has a ripped and falling apart bedskirt tucked into the bed frame and the comforter has a huge rip in it, there are no pillows to sleep, the bathroom door is broken and does not close and NO hot water to shower.»
