While the home is secluded and quiet, there are tenants who live in the apartment above the garage building, which is set away from the house. The tenants have their own separate outdoor space and keep themselves to themselves.

Our property offers the unique feature of direct access to a fast-flowing river at the bottom of the garden. While this can be an enchanting and enjoyable aspect of your stay, we want to ensure your safety. Please take note of the following risk warning:

Our family of 11 people stayed here for a couple nights before we took a cruise leaving from Southampton. There is efficient public transportation. The house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The view was beautiful. There was plenty of seating to accommodate all of us. We'd love to stay here again if we're ever back in the London area
A wonderful space for celebrating a 50TH birthday with friends and family. Great communication with hosts. The house was clean and well presented. A little disappointed that the coffee machine was out of order after being sent instructions to read and purchasing beans. There wasn’t a welcome package as n other houses we have stayed in but Tesco soon arrived so we were able to have milk for tea as guests arrived. It was unfortunate that a hornets nest in the back meant that we could not leave doors or windows open but no one can control nature. It was also a challenge to all sit around the large dining table because even though the house sleeps 12 they only provide 8 chairs. Overall it was an amazing home and the host was polite and communicated well. Thank you
