«The room was very clean. We stayed during the snow storm and the heat in our room conked out. The after hours help was super quick and helpful. We were moved to another room quickly. »

«Nice hotel but a bit far away from city center, so you had to take the Shuttle bus (15 minute drive) provided by the hotel (6 USD for a day ticket). The WIFI provided from the hotel was poor, and wasn't what you would expect in 2015. Pool area was nice.»

«Great hotel!!! Would stay over and over again. The rooms are modern, spacious and uniquely laid out. The staff was always friendly and quick to say hello. The bar is a nice touch and staff was very nice there as well. The drinks were stiff too. The pool area is clean and well kept. The beds are comfy and the pillows aren’t flat. I never tried the breakfast. Highly suggest. »

«Very spacious kitchen/living room area. Staff was super friendly. Only 10 minutes away from Charleston downtown (historic area) and free parking. Excellent breakfast.»

«Overall very good. The only confusion I had was that I prepaid for breakfast and didn't tell them at the breakfast nor was I asked if it was prepaid.Thankfully, I confirmed at checkout and they refunded my breakfast charges. Had I not done this I would have double paid for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and thankfully NOT a buffet but fresh to order. My kids loved it.»

«The staff was wonderful. The building is showing its wear but the room and all else was very clean and fresh. For a quick stay under 10 minutes to center of town, with shuttle provided to town & back it was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again. »

«We loved staying at 360 king. The whole experience start to finish was incredible. We were greeted by Bethany and Julia and two gentlemen (owner) who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless! The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. They provided a white noise machine and even earplugs. «This hotel is special! The valet parked our car (there’s no self park option) and the concierge greeted us warmly and checked us in. «The staff was very accommodating to my questions before and during my stay. Had trouble understanding how to enter the property and parking was a bit tedious at first cuz I had never done a carousel before. But Kimberly stayed with me throughout the whole process and explained it very well. The Iris does accommodate one pet for a fee.
