«This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed. Other than that the house was spotless! We loved the pretty kitchen and spacious diningroom. We had 8 people stay the night and everyone had plenty of sleeping space. The owners of the property ...

«Stayed here with friends and family while visiting the city. The house is up to date with modern appliances, is clean and spacious, and is well maintained. The host was great and easy to contact throughout the entire process. Location was in reasonable driving distance of the zoo and downtown area. Highly recommended!»

«Once we became acclimated to the terrain & most convenient roads to reach the destination, it was pretty easy to get around. The house provided sufficient space for our small group. The only thing was the lack of AC to keep us cool. Only one room fan and a small ceiling fan upstairs. Our last night was a bit WARM & a little sweaty. The house was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.»

«Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators ...
