«The hotel itself is excellent—brand new, clean, modern, and well maintained. The amenities and overall atmosphere made for a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, our check-in experience on the evening of May 31 was disappointing. The front desk associate was on a phone call for about ~10–15 minutes while guests waited in line and did not acknowledge anyone waiting. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way. When we finally checked in, it was difficult to get clear answers to questions ...

«Location is okay but the place was terribly dirty: dirty and sticky floor, dust in the bed, sticky stains in the table, and super smelly perfume they use on the bedding and curtains. Not worth the price.»

«The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago.»

«VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. »

«This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE!
The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport.

«Staff are nice and helpful ,
Was missing some amenities “hand washing soap dispenser was empty i ask for a refill and never got it”
Parking spacious and available
Our Room had couple pf lights that’s not working asking for repairs and never got it
The breakfast is variable and nice “some items ends early so try to go early”

«The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am.»
