This charming mountain home sleeps 10 adults and features amazing amenities such as a hot tub and pool table. Also the surrounding Tahoe area has lots of adventurous activities. Private hot tub included, bring your trunks!

Inside the home there are multiple bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed, one has two twin beds, and there are also two sofa beds in the living room. There is a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, a large game room and a living room with vaulted ceilings.

The amenities at this rental are superb. As stated, there is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more. There is a game room with a rock fireplace, wet bar, pool table, and foosball table. The main living room features vaulted ceilings, the second fireplace, a television and comfy couches. Also, there is in-unit laundry and a private hot tub.

Due to the location, there are countless adventure activities to be had within close proximity and the forest setting makes this rental a charming mountain home. Also, the home is only minutes away from casinos, Heavenly Skiing and Lake Tahoe.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
