The Space:

This 4,500-square-foot home is designed specifically for large groups who want room to spread out, entertain, and stay comfortably together. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 13 beds, three master-level bedrooms, three living areas, and an enormous lower-level game room, the home offers an unusually flexible setup for family vacations and group getaways.



The huge game room is the entertainment centerpiece, featuring a pool table with ping-pong conversion, foosball table, large Smart TV, Xbox, comfortable seating, and additional bunk beds. With its own dedicated space, kids and adults can have their own entertainment areas without taking over the main living spaces.



The main level features a high-end custom kitchen with professional-grade appliances, extensive counter space, and a large island designed to make cooking and serving large groups easier. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, keeping everyone together while meals are prepared.



The sleeping configuration is particularly well suited to groups traveling together. There are three master-level accommodations, including a luxury primary suite with a private fireplace and enormous bathroom, a junior master with its own full bathroom, and an additional queen bedroom with a private ensuite.



Outside, guests can enjoy the private hot tub and large backyard, providing another place to relax and spend time together. The hot tub is professionally cleaned for every reservation.



The location offers an excellent balance: you're close to the action of South Lake Tahoe without staying in the middle of the busiest areas. Hiking trails and the Upper Truckee River are a short walk from the front door, while Lake Tahoe, Heavenly, casinos, restaurants, and town are all within easy reach.



The home is also designed for easy access, with no stairs required to enter the main level, making arrival and accessibility easier for families traveling with children, older guests, or lots of luggage.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Master Suite — Upper Level: King bed, Smart TV, private fireplace, and a huge private bathroom featuring a large jetted tub, custom walk-in shower, private toilet room, and double vanity.

Junior Master — Middle Level: California king bed with attached full bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.

King Bedroom — Middle Level: King bed with direct access to the shared second-level bathroom.

Queen Bedroom — Middle Level: Queen bed with private ensuite bathroom.

Queen Bedroom — Middle Level: Queen bed.

Bunk Room — Middle Level: Twin-over-queen bunk bed.

Entertainment Room Sleeping: The lower-level game room also includes a twin-over-queen bunk and twin-over-twin bunk, providing additional sleeping flexibility.

Additional Sleeping: Two pull-out sofa beds are available—one on the upper level and one in the middle-level living room. Linens are provided.

The home has 4.5 bathrooms, including three full bathrooms connected to or serving the sleeping areas and a convenient half bathroom on the upper/entry level. The junior master has its own full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, while another queen bedroom has a private ensuite. Fresh, professionally laundered towels are provided for every guest, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and other essential toiletries.

Our goal is to make large-group stays as comfortable and seamless as possible. The home is professionally cleaned, inspected, staged, and prepared before every arrival, with fresh, professionally laundered sheets, towels, and bedding provided throughout the home. We use hot iron-pressed sheets, down comforters, and duvets to provide a consistently fresh and comfortable arrival.



Families will appreciate the home's flexible sleeping arrangements, dedicated bunk spaces, multiple living areas, huge game room, Xbox, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, Smart TVs, Pack-n-Play, and high chair. The large backyard and private hot tub provide additional space for the group to enjoy the home together.



The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for large groups, with professional-grade appliances, extensive cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and generous counter space. We also provide spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and other practical essentials.



For convenience, the home offers direct entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, a high-end washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, daily snow removal as needed, and a bear box for secure trash management. Mid-stay cleaning is also available, and early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on the reservation schedule.



The private hot tub is professionally cleaned for every group, so it's fresh and ready when you arrive.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including the expansive backyard, the relaxing hot tub, and the game room. You are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry facilities, and the garage for parking. Please note that a small closet is kept locked for owner storage and not available.



The Neighborhood:

What I like most about the neighborhood and location is how quiet it is. It's easy to get to, off of Pioneer Trail, and not too far from town, but without the noise. There is also a trail at the end of the street that does to the Upper Truckee River. Walk out the front door, take a right at the end of the driveway, down the hill, staying on Glen Eagles until the road ends where you will see the trail on the other side of the gate.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is highly recommended for your stay, as it provides the most flexibility for exploring the beautiful South Lake Tahoe area. While you can reach the property via taxi, Uber, or Lyft from the nearest airport, having your own car is ideal for visiting local attractions. We offer free parking on the premises with space for up to four vehicles, including two in the garage and two in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted.
