«Lovely apartment very clean great location lovely staff the only thing for us was we found the cleaning fee was expensive and that it had to be paid separately and it would have been nice if there had been some dish washing soap as we where only there for 3 nights and we felt putting on a dish washer for two plates and cups was wasting water and a couple of pods for the washing machine since there is a washing machine which was great and as we’d been travelling for 3 weeks I did need to do some ...

«Huoneisto osoittautui varsin hyväksi paikaksi. Se oli sopivan lähellä keskustaa, vaikka kuitenkin pienen matkan päässä siitä. Majoituksesta löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitsi ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa. Melko rauhallinen paikka, ei paljoa kuulunut ääniä muualta talosta tai kadulta. Voisin mennä tänne myös uudemman kerran.»

«Excellent communication throughout. Fantastic location,easy walk to city centre or no6 bus almost outside the door or a boat trip round the bay and up the Taff to the Principality Stadium. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. »

«This place is okay. When we first entered, we were impressed but the longer we stayed, the more we realised little things that weren't entirely up to scratch. The entrance to the building look a little battered, for starters. It was hot in the flat, one of the two windows couldn't open (the handle was loose), the carpet was worn, and we blew a fuse practically every time we cooked. Also one of the sockets didn't work. For the price, though, this was a good offer, and we would stay there again. »
