«The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. «Brilliant little place to stay, good for just coming and going when you need without the hassle of keys. Parking was ok outside on the road. Very clean and tidy, just no hot water in the sink tap which was weird as you cant wash unless having a shower but overall great place to stay for a cheap short stay.»

«This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly.»

«This was ok for a last minute stop but the room was so sensitive to noise. Could hear every movement and sound around the house. Also the mattress had pilling so bad you could feel it through the fitted sheet. Made me so itchy I didn’t sleep very much at all. For a guest house that looked so pleasing, it was below average.»

Our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, the shower mat towel was soaking wet on arrival, the power shower did not provide hot water despite trying all settings for some time and there was no soap for washing. «Excellent communication throughout. Fantastic location,easy walk to city centre or no6 bus almost outside the door or a boat trip round the bay and up the Taff to the Principality Stadium. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. »
