«The pool was in operable and it looked like it had been that way for a while. Curtains in the room were ripped and hanging off the rack. Front desk took a while to get from the back. If something as major as the pool isn’t working then that should be noted so you can book somewhere else. Also there is only one way in and one way out. So maneuvering is difficult »

«We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates. «The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty. ...

«When checking in, the person at the desk took a personal call and had me waiting, then proceeded to struggle to tell me what I actually owed and was speaking to me like I was stupid. He ended up doing a bunch of separate charges on my card, making it decline, which made the check in process more complicated. Our room also had roaches, and when I mentioned it to the front desk at check out, they said that they’d call pest control, and that was it. they didn’t offer anything to me for the honestly ...

«This was a great stay! For adults, there's a casino and a restaurant that is adults only because you can only access it through the casino floor. We had kids with us so we couldn't take advantage of those things but they had fun at the pool and the room was 3 queen beds so we only had to book one room. Staff was lovely. Continental breakfast was great! The room was pristine!»

«Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning ...

«The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.»
