"Had a really great stay here, especially the location which was perfect. I also lost my phone at the hotel and one of the staff members made sure I got it back safely. Really appreciate the honesty and effort, it honestly saved my trip."

"Centrally placed hotel near Wall Steet. They gave us a smaller room than booked. It was not possible to take elevator from 16th floor as they had repair but they never mentioned this when they checked in. The room also had issue with heating/airconditioning. SOme of the front desk staff were rude when we complained. "
