«We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. «Front desk staff not welcoming»

«The lady who checked me was more worried about her phone instead of checking me in. She also said the room I wanted was booked but they were a few empty. The girl acted like I didn't just pay almost 600 staying in the hotel. The room was dirty and she would not switch me rooms at all»

«Advertising breakfast but only on weekdays. Linens in rooms looked like they were 30 years old and threadbare Has a pool but opened to public until 6 pm when only guests can use. Will never go here again.»

«The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.»

«It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.»

«Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.»

«Breakfast was good however there is no where to eat so be prepared to carry it back to your room. Otherwise the rooms were updated and clean. TV small but good selection of channels. Bathroom and shower very good. Lots of clean towels. Will come back and recommend for anyone looking for a no fuss motel.»

«It was everything I expected for this trip. Close to all that I needed for our fishing trip. Room clean -check in was easy. I did not do breakfast. The AC did its job. Overall good experience. »
