«We stayed at one of the newer buildings and it was good, not great. One elevator was out of service for two days. The other elevator was dirty the entire time. Our bathtub had previous guests’ hair in the drain. The screened in balcony was disappointing since the screen obscured the view of the lake when we were on the balcony. And it held hundreds of flies, so we never used the balcony. We liked the main lobby section, the location and it had a nice open walkable feel to it. The staff was ...

«The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again.»

«This was our second time staying here. This place is within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit we got this time, the hot water tank went out completely and we were staying there another night - there were 10 of us staying there. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to stay in the unit next to us for our last night AND allow us keep our place that didn’t have hot water. Hands down - excellent customer service!! We will be staying there again. »

«Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. »

«We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. »
