«I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. «This place is a vacationers dream. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Literally woke up to beautiful sunrises. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and simple. We had everything we needed. We made our own breakfast in the morning and at night treated my family to great restaurants within walking distance to less than a mile and a half away. The staff was great and very welcoming. «Stayed for 6 nights, no hot water. After talking to the desk the 2nd morning they said they would send a guy right up but I had to be there in the room for him. After a half hour he showed up, sat on the toilet with the water running for 20 minutes texting and talking on his phone. after that he said he had to check a machine, I waited another half hour and when he did not come back I went to the front desk.
