«This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. »

«We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location»

Abitazione facile da raggiungere con automobile, fuori dal paese, quindi posto molto tranquillo con bella veduta Villa tenuta bene e molto spaziosa con all'interno tutto il necessario per cucinare, tante sedie, divani, sdraio. Possibilità di parcheggio per più automobili. In giardino presente piscina fuori terra, la Jacuzzi (che è una piacevole novità appena montata), barbecue. Il giardino è molto ampio e circonda 2/3 della casa, molto verde, simpatico cane anzianotto, simpatico ...

«Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday ...

«We had a fantastic week in this great house, a real gem! Two families (7 people in total), kids aged 2, 9 and 12. Beautiful views, a very nice pool and outdoor area/garden. It was during a heat wave but the altitude and slight wind and lots of opportunities for shadows made our days very nice. All amenities available and we had really good times including barbecues and pizza baking. Recommend also the the local osteria at the Belvedere in the Civitella.»

La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco).
