We recommend exploring Soria and the surrounding area by car, as it gives you the freedom to enjoy nearby villages, scenic day trips, and natural spots across the province at your own pace. The apartment is also a great base for longer excursions, with cities such as Logroño and Burgos just 1.5 to 2 hours away by car. Once in Soria, you can easily combine driving with walking to explore the city center and its main attractions.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and electric radiator heating for added comfort during the colder months. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan is available to help keep the space comfortable in warmer weather. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided for your stay.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
