«Takimoto er et enkelt, men koselig hotell. Vi ble godt tatt imot og opplevde god service. Maten er tradisjonell japansk, men også med en viss europeisk stil. Den store peisestuen i 1. etasje er koselig og her ble også middagen servert når man bestilte bor. Shobu shobu ble favoritten med tilbereding ved bordet. «This place was amazing. It's a traditional Ryokan style hotel that serves traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast with your stay. The hotel staff and management were so nice and polite. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The traditional style meals might be a bit much for a western palate, especially if you are a picky eater.
