«There were no towels in the bathroom and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The shower head was too low on the wall that my boyfriend had to crouch down and the room was outdated. Everything worked though and it was somewhat quiet so overall it wasn't too bad.»

«Nice staff, easy check in, but up half the night with the noise coming from hallway and room next door. Was given wheelchair room and shower is very unusable for a family that is fortunate enough to not have that issue. Had to have the air con in full blast all night to drown out the noise from next door.»

«Checkin was thru a window, Door Locked hard to see or hear the Person. Room 111 The Floors in the room were dirty the Two chairs had big Spots on them. The Left side of the Bed had a massive sunk in area, the right side was hard and had a lump in it. The Pillows were small flat and not supportive. Sleeping was miserable and hurt my back. «Great hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again upon my return. I was taking my daughter to Barrell Medical School, and it was so close by made it very convenient.»

«The toilet did not work properly; the shower had grab bars but not one to help getting into the shower/tub; the shower faucet was very hard to control and turn off.»

«This Hotel is not recommended. Looks like it is a fixer upper type of hotel. When we first arrived the hotel room smelled really bad (missing service air condition?) and the microwave contained a pizza from the guest before us😵‍💫 Talked to the staff 5 minutes after checking the room, but they didn’t have other large rooms. The staff said I would be compensated for the bad experience the next morning before leaving. Probably some what frustrated after not hearing from them😵‍💫»
