«Friendly staff, beautiful hotel.»

«We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people.»

«Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay.»

«The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. »

«Quiet great hotel at Kita area. Close to subway and restaurants near Umeda station. Our room was great and had a great view towards the river. Room was also very clean and staff was very nice and helpfull. I recommend this hotel if you are going to Osaka .»

Veldig praktisk. Vi ...

«Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!»

«Perfect location of this hotel.»

«The reception was small but inviting, with lovely background music, and the service was impeccable; we received information and answers to our questions very politely—all quickly and efficiently, without any stress. We had a room with a kitchen that was very well equipped, featuring amenities such as a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, and cooking facilities. The toilet was located in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom, with its own entrance. The only negative thing we have to say about ...

«Excellent service and wonderful property.»

«We always felt like the most important thing for all the employees was for us to enjoy our stay the maximum amount. We were afraid to feel out of place as such a beautiful hotel but this was only before we arrived. They were also really helpful with accommodating for vegetarian restrictions at their restaurants. Breakfast was also the best we have had in Japan. Both for a vegetarian and a meat eater. »
