Ground Floor: Spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a complete bathroom, and a storage room ideal for luggage or baby equipment.

Upper Floor: Four additional bedrooms (three doubles and one single with a 90x190 cm bed) and two complete bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. From the kitchen, there is access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

Outdoor Area and Pool

The villa features a spacious covered terracewith seating for 10 people, equipped with two large tables, chairs, and a comfortable living area with sofas. Outside, the private pool(4x7.5x180 cm) is the ideal place to relax, with a lounge area, sunbeds, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The barbecue areahas a height-adjustable grill, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also an open terracearound the pool, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze and panoramic sea views.

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.
