It is wheelchair accessible and it consists of a light-flooded living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with 2 single beds), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people (and a baby). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite television and a washing machine. A baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair are also available so the house is perfect for families traveling with children. One of the highlights of the property is its spacious outdoor area surrounded by trees and plants. It offers a generous swimming pool ideal to cool off after relaxing under the sun, a covered terrace with a table and chairs, a barbecue, and sun loungers where you can relax with a good book. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in Artà, just an 8-minute drive away, while the closest beach, Platja de sa Marjal, can be reached after 11 minutes driving (8.6km). If you want to do something different on a warm summer day, and especially if you are traveling with children, you can visit the water parks Splash World and La Reserva (15 minutes by car; 12.5km on average). The airport of the island can be reached after 58 minutes driving (70.3km).
