«The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.»

«This place is spotless, well-furnished and a very pleasant place to stay. We did have problems with the temperature inside the house at night. The thermostat looked high-tech and maybe was being controlled by the hosts phone. We could not control the temperature and the last night the thermostat was set on 80 degrees. Other than that, we loved the place.»

«My daughters loved the Taylor Swift theme and it was in a quiet safe area»

«Clean, well appointed, great communication, excellent host, no hidden fees, simple and smooth rental! Will definitely be back!»

«This home was a wonderful place for our family! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, towels in the bathroom nice, and the living room had plenty of room to relax together after a busy day on the boat! We enjoyed the pickle ball court in the morning and evening. The boat slip and easy access to the slip from the house was so nice! Communication with Sean was easy and he was responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. Our family all gave it ...

«The house was perfect for our family weekend visit at Lake Cumberland and is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and very clean. The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions.»

«Great place. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do after boating. It was super nice that they have cleaning service so there was less stress when checking out.»

«We had an incredible stay at this property! It’s conveniently located, has a nice view of the lake, and provided lots of activities to do like a pool table, ping pong table, and large TVs to watch the World Cup/play our video games. The property was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d recommend staying here!»

«Everything was great! The house is furnished well with everything you would need in a weekend stay. We had a couple minor issues but Terri was very prompt with getting them taken care of for us. She was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. If I ever find myself in the Lake Cumberland area again, I will book again! »

«I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass ...
