«We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO for the weekend while attending our niece’s wedding. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. «I am a picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and this place passed the test! Very clean. Pros: Cleanliness, location, easy parking, A/C was great, and it was spacious for 5 people. Cons: Kitchen is not well-stocked, pets can not be left unattended and you don't know that until you get the check-in information the day of, and blinds were broken in the bedroom and on the front door so you couldn't close them at all (that's a problem when people are changing in bedrooms) I would suggest the ...

«This is a fantastic cottage! Perfect for a solo traveler or two who are comfortable sharing a queen bed. (A truly comfortable queen bed!)Home is as-pictured, however what isn’t shown here (yet?) is the lovely garden, flowers, and outdoor seating area. This VRBO was the most perfect place of solitude and respite after terrific (but long and loud) days of professional development here in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Will definitely rebook for next summer!»

«I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.»
