This spacious property spans two storeys and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, television, baby cot, and highchair.



Outside, the property features a private garden, a furnished open terrace, a pool, and an outdoor shower, all overlooking the rolling hills and Mediterranean greenery. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace and relax on comfortable sun loungers as you unwind in a peaceful setting.



A variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is about a 12-minute walk away (1 km). There are two parking spaces on the property, and street parking is also available. Childcare can be arranged upon request. This is a self-catering property. The homeowners provide toilet paper and other basic amenities upon arrival; guests are expected to replace any items used. The swimming pool is located behind the house and accessed by stairs in the garden. Please note, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
