Finca with pool and mountain views above Sóller

A historic country house with lots of charm for individualists looking for something special.

Casa Cinco has 3 floors with modern-traditional room furnishings and has several spacious natural stone terraces with a well-tended garden. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room and the kitchen with an extra fireplace/library. Each floor has access to the (secluded) outdoor terraces and the pool. The views towards the Tramuntana mountains and the sea are marvellous!

The first double bedroom with bathroom and private terrace is located on the mezzanine floor. On the middle floor there are three double rooms, each with a bathroom (one of the rooms has direct access to the pool terrace), including a suite with bathroom and separate WC. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with TV as well as an eat-in kitchen with dining room. The loft has direct access to its own terrace with garden furniture above the pool. The house is equipped with oil central heating and a fireplace for the winter. In keeping with modern comfort, there is TV/DVD and German satellite TV as well as WLAN on all levels. The house has 2-3 parking spaces for medium-sized cars. Access to the house is via a narrow and winding road, so we recommend small/medium-sized cars at most (no minivans!)
