«The house is old and rather poorly maintained. The outdoor area and swimming pool are lovely by the sea and have a view to Etna. The house is located by itself in a closed area, so you need a car to get around. Driving distance to shopping for food is 20 minutes and there are no restaurants within walking distance of the house. «We had a great stay here, and communication with Andrea was first class. He was very welcoming, and provided lots of helpful information to help with our stay. «There were six of us and we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in this beautiful house. The pool and the small cat family was of course the highlight. «We stayed here for one week and the house is perfectly situated to explore the south east Sicily. A short car ride to Ortigia and Noto and the other beautiful places to explore. Fontaine Bianche has a bakery, mini market and a local restaurant. There are beach clubs where you can hire a sun lounger or just go for coffee. «We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Vincenzo, it was the perfection location for everywhere we wanted to visit - Catania, Brucoli, Mt Etna, Syracuse - and the home itself was spacious, private, and quiet. «WE COULD NOT STAY HERE. We arrived and left within 30 minutes, very disappointed with the property. We arrived at night and it was difficult to manage our way across the dark property. There was no access without the property manager meeting us there. The place was musty and did not smell good at all. There were cobwebs. The beds were very uncomfortable.
