However, our experience at the Steakhouse restaurant was very disappointing. Our meals did not arrive at the same time, and one salad was served so late that my colleague had almost finished her main course. No apology was offered. We also had to ask the waiter to put the Veuve Clicquot on ice, and most concerning, our red wine was repeatedly placed in the ice bucket. As we had invited business associates, this was particularly unfortunate and quite embarrassing. "
