Laurelwood 204 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, offering incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Situated in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are just steps from the Village Mall, the free bus route to and from Aspen, hiking and biking trails, and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by the Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, guests have access to two tiered hot tubs, which are the perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the Town of Snowmass Village and is charged at $20.00 per day during ski season only. Parking is free during other times of the year. During winter, guests must purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

There are several coin-operated washer and dryers available on-site. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or guests may bring their own. All linens, towels, and hot tub towels are provided, and additional items may be requested as needed. Please note, this property does not have air conditioning, but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and is highly effective at cooling the unit quickly.

Laurelwood offers a full-service front desk team operating from 8:00am to 9:00pm during the summer and winter seasons, and from 8:00am to 5:00pm during the off-season. Our team is here to assist with all requests to ensure your stay is the best it can be. In case of emergencies, an after-hours emergency answering service is available to connect guests with an on-site manager.
