«Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. «Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.»

«The property was super comfortable, and clean, the bath was new, the location was near everything, we really appreciate the parking lot. I would only say that you need to coordinate the check in 24 hs before arrival, because if you arrive after 4pm there will be no one at the reception and you need physical keys to enter into the property.»

«Loved the design and layout with all bedrooms downstairs. Very easy access and close to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy with soft couch, great bedding, soft pillows and comfortable mattresses. Only a few things we didn’t love: There was a septic like odor downstairs in bedroom area.
