Hoteller nær Smithfield Historic District

«Staff is awesome! Food is great! Fried artichoke appetizer is a must have! Walking distance to everything! Perfect weather! Great trip!»

«Breakfast menu was very limited»

«I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke ...

«Great location»

«This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again.»

«Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended»

«The hotel is nice, and everything we hoped for. But there is very limited possibilities with out a car. But no lack of parkingspaces. With 4 kids from 11 to 17 the hotel let us mix the rooms as we wished, very happy about that.»

«The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.»

«Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious»

«Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!»

«Convenient walk to dinner. Nice staff. But a bit understaffed...decent breakfast.»

«Staff accommodating and friendly. We did however have an issue with a microwave that did not work. They offered to switch rooms but we opted not to. It was also suggested to use microwave down n the lobby. I thought that the breakfast should have been included instead of offering items that were $2.00 for a muffin. Overall, this was the second time we stayed here and will probably return.»
