Hoteller nær Isle of Wight County Museum

«Staff is awesome! Food is great! Fried artichoke appetizer is a must have! Walking distance to everything! Perfect weather! Great trip!»

«Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!»

«Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious»

«Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended»

«The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.»

«Convenient walk to dinner. Nice staff. But a bit understaffed...decent breakfast.»

«It was way better than we expected, given the cheap price. Would stay here again if we are in the area. Quiet area, clean room, great price. Don’t need much else.»

«The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great.»

«The room did smell a little like mildew and the room didn’t have a lot of light. Natural light and lights within the room.»

«I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke ...

«I'd say it was a rather low standard here. The beds are OK, the sheets are amazing but mattress a bit hard for my liking. The breakfast was appauling! There were 2 choices of cereal, a small waffle maker and 1 type of yoghurt - which was empty when we got there 40 minutes before it finished. Thats it!! We did not eat there, I've never seen anything that sad and lacking. The laundry room had no detergent of anything so you have to bring your own... »

«Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect.»
