«The experience was good. I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews, but I found experience good enough. If you are experiencing an hotel, then you will be disappointed. It is a student flat, but it is good for a student flat. The bed was nice, the shower worked etc. For the price, I think it is good. «The staff was helpful where they could be, but there were a lot of issues. I was initially put in a room that hadn't been prepared, so they moved me elsewhere. But the lift was broken, so I had to carry my luggage up and down stairs. Worse was how dingy and smelly everything was. The refrigerator smelled absolutely fetid. «No air ventilation system. Had a temp sticker on the door which noted the room temp which read 27 degree. With no windows and no air conditioning. Tried to cancel and the property didn’t accommodate a health condition of a kid with asthma to stay in this temp condition. Not recommended! »
